As a registered business in the United States (of Washington, Hawaii, and Colorado), The Earth Ink is closed. The trade name, The Earth Ink, and website, theearthink.com, is still owned by Andrea Rip who now resides in the United Arab Emirates. She uses the platform for travel journalism and creative works, as well as, occasional freelance work.

The following Terms of Use serve to protect the rights (copyrights, intellectual property, including designs, writing, images, and photography) of The Earth Ink. Furthermore, with regards to use violations, The Earth Ink/Andrea Rip reserves the right of law in the United States and Canada.
